We are a foster based group and our fosters are key to our success. Without fosters our strays have no place to call home temporarily while they become vetted and ready to adopt. We supply our fosters with crates, bedding, food, and whatever else is needed to care for their foster. You don’t have to be local to be a foster, if you live out of town become a “VIRTUAL FOSTER”. It is a monthly donation system that alots someone who is not able to foster physically to help us virtually and financially.
Whey you foster, our rescue pays for all veterinary services, which require approval and get scheduled with our foster coordinator before any visits can be made.
Supplies will be left at one address and fosters will be notified when their supplies are ready for pick up. A foster must let their foster-coordinator know what they need. If a foster is unable to meet thier committed time to keep their foster animal safe, we ask they provide us with sufficient time to find alternate volunteer fosters to care for that animal. Our goal is to work together with our team of foster volunteers to make the transition for the dogs to their new home a smooth and loving experience. Some dogs will be adopted locally and some dogs will be adopted our of state. The rescue provides transportation, however sometimes a foster may have to drive a puppy to meet the transport and medical appointments.
